Au nom d’Allah, le Tout Miséricordieux, le Très Miséricordieux.

Selon Imam Amir ul Mu'mineen Ali , « Un homme est venu voir le Prophète
et lui a demandé de lui apprendre quelque chose grâce auquel, il serait
aimé à la fois d’Allah -qu’Il soit exalté- et des gens, sa subsistance
augmenterait, il jouirait d’une bonne santé, il vivrait longtemps, et il
serait ressuscité avec lui (le Prophète ).Le Messager d’Allah
lui dit alors : « Six choses (mérites) requièrent six choses (attitudes) :
1- Si tu veux qu’Allah t’aime, crains-Le et éloigne-toi des péchés
2-Si tu veux que les gens t’aiment, sois bienveillant envers eux et détourne-toi de ce qu’ils possèdent.
3-Si tu veux qu’Allah augmente tes moyens de subsistance, prélèves-y l’impôt légal (Zakât, khoms)
4-Si tu veux qu’Allah t’accorde la bonne santé, fais l’aumône souvent.
5-Si tu veux qu’Allah te prête longue vie, maintiens les contacts avec tes proches parents.
6-Si tu veux qu’Allah te ressuscite avec moi, prolonge ta prosternation (sujûd) devant Allah, l’Unique, le Dominateur. »

In english:
Imam Amir ul Mu'mineen Ali said : « A man came to the Prophet
and asked him to teach him an action so that both Allah, the Exalted, and people would love him, his wealth would increase, his body would be healthy, his life time would last long, and he would be raised with him (the Prophet ).Then, the Prophet
said: These are six traits which need six qualities :
1. If you want Allah to love you, be afraid of Him and guard yourself
against sin.
2. If you want people to love you, be benevolent to them and decline
what they have in their hands.
3. If you want Allah to increase your wealth, then give its alms tax
(Zakat, Khums).
4. If you want Allah to make your body healthy, pay charity more
frequently.
5. If you want Allah to prolong your lifetime, then have regard for your
kinship.
6. And, if you want Allah to raise you with me, then do prolong your
prostrations before Allah, the One, the Dominator. »
